Beginners Classes are Starting Now!
Tai Chi is intended for all age groups. No previous sports or training experience is required. Attending classes should be fun! The main expectations are to relax and to enjoy yourself. Students wear comfortable clothes and flat gym shoes.
The classes start with a series of gentle warm-up exercises. After warm-ups some breathing exercises (Qigong) are introduced. Following a short break, students start learning individual Tai Chi form movements. The objective is to learn the Tai Chi 108 Hand Form.
